International Railroad for Queer Refugees (IRQR)
Founded by Arsham Parsi. Helps LGBTQ+ Iranians, Afghans, and Syrians with UNHCR applications, housing, financial aid, and resettlement to Canada, US, and EU. Has assisted 1,900+ refugees since 2015. Headquartered in Toronto.

OutRight International — Iran Program

Iranian Society to Support Individuals with Gender Identity Disorder (ISIGID)
One of the few legally registered LGBTQ-related organizations in Iran. Founded in 2007 by trans activist Maryam Khatoon Molkara. Based in Tehran.
Center for Human Rights in Iran
Documents conditions for trans people in Iran. Important reading: SRS in Iran can be dangerous due to ill-trained surgeons and poor follow-up care.
